For guardians, teachers and students using the apps and portals.

For parents

Getting in

Your school creates your account from the phone number and email it already holds — you do not sign up.

1. Enter your email or phone number.
2. You receive a 6-digit code. It lasts 10 minutes and works once.
3. Choose your own password.

The same three steps reset a forgotten password. Nobody at the school can see or set your password.

If you have more than one child at the school, they are all on this one login. Switch between them at the top of the app.

The home feed

Everything the school has done that concerns your family, newest first: announcements, absences, homework set and marked, exam timetables, results, invoices and receipts, leave decisions and holidays. Tap any card to open it in full.

You will not see a card every day saying your child was present — only exceptions appear, so the feed stays worth reading.

Fees

Fees shows each child's invoices and what is outstanding.

If your school has online payment switched on, tap Pay and complete it however your school's payment provider works — a page that opens, a card form, or bank details to transfer to. Your receipt appears in the feed once the payment clears.

If your school takes fees at the office, the app tells you that instead of offering a button that would not work.

You need to have verified your phone or email before you can pay. That is deliberate: money should not move on a guessed password.

Attendance

Day-by-day, with a percentage. The percentage divides by the days the school actually recorded a register — a day nobody took the register counts against nobody.

Homework

What has been set, what is due, and what has been marked. Submit your child's work with a note and attachments if the teacher asked for a submission. The time recorded is the school's, not your phone's.

Results

Results appear only once the school publishes them. Until then the exam may be listed but the marks are not there. That is not a fault — it is the school reviewing before release.

Leave

Apply for your child's leave with dates and a reason. You will see the decision, and any note the school added, in your feed.

Settings

Update your own contact details, choose which channels you want to be reached on — email, SMS, push — and change your password.

For teachers

Getting in

Sign in with your school email and password. Forgotten it? Request a code to that address and set a new one — you do not need to ask the office, and nobody else ever learns your password.

Your day

The home screen opens on what is in front of you: today's lessons, which registers you have not taken, homework waiting to be marked, and leave requests for your class.

Taking a register

Open the section, tap Mark all present, then change the few who are not. That is the whole job.

Taking it again later overwrites rather than duplicating, so a latecomer can be corrected minutes after the fact.

Marking a student absent on the day register notifies their guardians automatically. A per-period absence does not — it stays between you and the office.

Homework

Set work for a section with a subject, a due date, attachments and optional marks. Submissions come back as students and parents send them. Grade with marks and feedback; families see it in their feed straight away.

Marks

Enter marks per exam paper. Anything above the paper's maximum is refused rather than silently trimmed. You enter marks; the school publishes results — so a partly-marked paper never leaks.

Your timetable and sections

Your week, and the class lists for every section you cover.

Leave and profile

Apply for your own leave and see the decision. Update your phone, photo, address and biography yourself — your employee number, designation and department are the school's record and are changed by the office.

For students

Sign in with your admission number or email and the password the school issued.

You get your timetable, your homework with the ability to submit it, your attendance, published results, and school announcements.

Common questions

I never got my code. Check the number or email the school has on file is the one you are typing. Codes expire after 10 minutes — request another.

My results are missing. They appear when the school publishes them. Nothing you can do at your end brings them earlier.

I paid but the invoice still shows unpaid. If you were sent to a payment page and closed it before finishing, the payment never completed and nothing was charged. Try again. If money did leave your account, tell the office — every attempt is recorded with its reference.

My child's photo is missing. The school has not uploaded one yet.

I have two children — do I need two logins? No. One account covers every child linked to you.
